Your account stores your name, email, password hash, preferences, receipt details, and recurring costs. Your own Google Apps Script reads Gmail messages matching receipt-related searches and sends the sender, subject, date, and an estimated amount and currency to this website. Full email bodies and Google passwords are not sent by the provided script. Your script also creates a Google Sheet in your Google account.

Receipt subjects and sender information can contain personal or financial information. Google controls its own services and authorization screens. Imported records require your review and may be incorrect. We do not connect to your bank.

You can revoke your connection key and delete your website account from Account. To stop Google access and scheduled scans, delete the trigger and script in Google Apps Script and revoke its Google account permissions. Delete the Google Sheet separately if desired. Deleting your website account does not remove your Google files. Backups and server logs may be retained by the operator according to its retention practices.

Weekly emails are optional and can be turned off in Account. Before publishing, the operator must add a contact address, actual retention periods, hosting and email-provider details, and any disclosures required by applicable law.
